Our delicious house-made sourdough bread, made from the highest quality, naturally gluten free and organic ingredients. Perfect for those with gluten sensitivity and all the rest that want to enjoy a more nutritious and wholesome bread!

 

Made on sourdough only - no added yeast - vegan - naturally gluten free - no junk - no white sugar - contains no nuts - made from organic ingredients  - 100% natural 

 

INGREDIENTS: * gf oat flakes, * red lentils, * potato starch, * sorghum flour, * coconut sugar, * teff flour, * tapioca starch, psyllium husk, salt. *eco certified ingredients.

 

ALLERGENS: May contain traces of: nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, celery, gluten and soy.

 

STORING INFORMATION: best consumed within 5 days. 

SIZE: approximate 950-1000g. Please note that our breads are hand made and can therefore vary in the size and weight.

 

You can now preorder our bread and pick it up once we notify you with the date! We are currently baking a batch or two each week, usually during weekdays. 

Bread can easily be frozen to extend the best before date - we do recommend you to freeze it in slices and then thaw and warm them up in the oven or toaster, sprinkled with a bit of water to give them back their moisture.
